What? Katrina money being waisted? NO WAY!?!?!?

Alright well, here is a new article from the NYTimes exposing the mismanagment of money in mississippi... go figure
The Department of Housing and Urban Development needs to take a close look at how Mississippi is spending its emergency federal aid.
